Writing this in 2024. Crazy how with that rotation they never won a ring. One of the greatest rotation ever drafted/developed, and assembled. Not counting wheeler. He was traded, imagine a wheeler as your 5. Not even wheeler right now in 2024. Just a wheeler throwing gassss coming at you at 100-102.

This Documentary was pretty good. The only thing I would say is. Way way too much time on 2005. I wish they used that time on everything pre 2003 instead. Especially Williams vs Joe D. Pretty much glossed right over that. And that was a huge huge part of the rivalry.

Red Sox fans say that their 2004 championship win was way more memorable than any of the Yankees championships in their whole history. You want to know why it was so much more memorable??? BECAUSE IT WAS THEIR FIRST CHAMPIONSHIP IN 86 YEARS!!!!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂 The reason why the Yankees chips aren’t as memorable or special is because they literally won all the time and so people were used to winning. That’s the definition of greatness.

Looking back at 2015, the Mets never deserved to make it that far, but they fought through it all the way to the world series. And they ran out of gas. I accepted it, because it do be like that sometimes.
