note for sanji's awakening: full air M1s > flambage shot actually does slightly more damage (2 points) than M1s > premiere hachis note for kakashi: M1s > mud diver > lightning blade KINDA works but it's more of a noob catcher or ping based combo because you can PB or counter evade the lightning blade

It’s the Harmon scarf you get from one of the domains

You can get Hamon Scarf from Hamon Island domain. To enter, you have to defeat Banks, near the 419 warehouse. If a chance drop, so u might have to do it. Hamon Scarf is rarest reward of the domain, so you have to grind it until you get it.
