Love your content! I’m just learning here but can’t you adjust his coolant temp compensation tables to the cooler side so that 140+ is his normal operating temp and has no enrichment?

Majority of time the issues with the ignition switch has to do with the entire key assembly around the steering column wearing out. You can do a temp fix by removing the ignition switch and placing a piece of electrical tape over the opening where the lock assembly goes into the switch.
