this helped me a lot with technique, my smash was ass and it was due to the transfer of momentum and not correct swing. i train 6 days a week, so after a few sessions with this advice I'm hitting cleaner/more in sweet spot, stronger, steeper and getting that whipping sound thanks for the video

I've never found a double partner able to apply the offensive rotation, sadly many of my partners got the mindset stuck on one position only forgetting that it is much more efficient to rotate. The defensive stance makes me wonder about the XD situation, usually the male player got the priority for the straight reply but if the correct MD defensive stance is applied it means the lady has to cover the middle smash.
