thank you for the amazing lecture ,if i want to distalize my whole maxillary arch will i use tpa on molars and will i place brackets on the all upper teeth and then pass a wire in the whole arch to make a segment or will i attach to molar bands on molars and expect thge whole arch to distallize ,TIA

What about a case in which the upper posteriors have gone toward buccal area. The lingual cusps of posteriors touching buccal surface of lower posteriors. The upper front being crossbite and about 7 mm.
