Sounds awesome! Sounds a bit like my VQ38 until you get to the higher rpms where it Sounds more like the inline 6 it is.

@JaidenakaYasu big facts! I'm kinda debating on deleting my secondary cats and replacing them with resonators but I don't wanna ruin the sound I got now.

I’m looking to get the tomei dual exhaust for my Supra, but I’ve heard of people having figment issues where it touches the diffuser. Did you have that problem?
@JaidenakaYasu6 күн бұрын
I did not have fitment issues, I am actually currently editing the install process video! I should have it up by next week. You can easily adjust the rear tips because they are connected with a rubber material that can be shifted. After about 2 weeks of driving it and doing a car show, it fits perfectly in place still. If you want you can add me on instagram and I can show you the price I’m referring to sooner or wait for the video that I will post in a week or 2 🙌🏽

Oh and if you want to hear a catless down pipe dual Supra exhaust, I have a video titled Darren’s 2021 Toyota Supra, his car is track modded and runs Tomei duel with a kenji down pipe and Arma speed intake. You can see why I stay catted 😂 11:27 in that video is all his exhaust sounds

@@JaidenakaYasu awesome I’ll be looking forward to that video and I added you 👌🏾

I posted the video with timestamps to help you see the part for the fitment on the Tomei exhaust 🙌🏽

I did this differently by myself, that bushing in the middle can literally turn like a ball joint, i used a brake spreader to spread the lower control arm, lined up the bushing, and slowly pushed it into place, once it was down there i used a small pry bar under the bushing between it and the shock, and one on the front side pushing down on the front arm and hooked under the lower control arm and lined it up and didnt need a hammer. Ive been weary to hammer suspension bolts in since i about ruined threads doing it one time. Hopefully my writeup is understandable i tried to explain it the best i can.

Unmounting the motor from the subframe to install headers ? That seems completely unnecessary..

Should of saved the money on the random stuff and went e85/flex if going ELH since it was getting tuned (stage 2 is probably an OFT tune with a gang of ignition advancement that doesnt account for region/air density etc). Stickers all over the car and that wing at this age scream rice - to each his own though.

Use a borescope and check your cylinders with the plugs removed 15k miles after that tune. I do sparks for a ton of people in socal and the OFT tuned ones always have wall scoring. The OFT tuned fks with the knock sensor and overrides Subarus ignition retarding built into the ECU. I own 4 Subarus and have been wrenching on them for the last 10 years.

All you need is a jack stand to lift the shock and knuckle bolts into place, hammer the bolt in while using the crowbar to move the "eye" back into alignment hence why it is better with 2 people. It makes it so much easier trust me.
