Cilla was the personification of emotive philanthropy. Buckets of tears flowed because of you...........and they were the tears from broken hearts that you sought to heal. Words fail me to state the high degree of recognition and respect you earned as a genuine, loving, caring human being. The Sonja Henie reference kills me every time. No matter what people say, these two were entertainers. As a kid, I loved Cilla's TV, as an emerging adult, I worshipped Lily at the legendary RVT in London.

Ill always remember with this show that no matter who the guest was, it was as if they had called into paul's house for a coffee on their way home, like friends having a catch up. He had a great sense of humour and the world is a little darker now his light has gone out.
