Do you mind letting me know what the set up entailed? You mentioned that the action was really high and the intonation was terrible; did you need to lower the nut or was adjusting and lowering the bridge enough? Anything else? Much appreciated in advance! P.S. you inspired me to get one!

Whelp, this just tells me I'm not ready to switch from a violin from 20years ago to now....................................................... ............................. ........................... .......................... ....................... ..................... ................... ........ ........ .... Can't wait till you tube teaches me(all but talent, of course) what my teachers in school wouldn't teach theoughout my 8 years in violin(mandolins are tuned the same, Nd thus are guitarshaped violins) couldn't/wouldn't teach me.
