Hey, Kudos to your efforts🙌! I was Wondering if you'd ever be interested in expanding your reach? I could whip up some super catchy short clips from your content, perfect for grabbing attention. They'd be subtle additions but make a big difference. Let me know if that's cool, or if you just wanna chat video content!

I am 66 yo and I am going in to DISC for spine surgery tomorrow 7/8/24, and your testimonial has helped me more than anything else. I am still very nervous, but not nearly as much as I was before I watched your video. Thank you Rose.

I am little confused. How do you find the exact location of BVN pedicles? is it visible on X-Ray or you just guessing its location within the bone based on your intuition and experience?
@DISCarizona
@DISCarizona 2 ай бұрын
The BVN can sometimes be seen on the MRI imaging. During the procedure fluoroscopy/x-ray helps us guide the probe tip to the area within the vertebral body where we expect the BVN to be. The tip of the probe heats and can ablate a volumetric area that would encompass with location of the BVN. Nima Salari, MD

@@DISCarizona thanks, in your Toxic annular tear surgery video (comments were turned off), At first, to accurately identify the place of annular tear, what materials do you inject into the disc that called "Dye"? Does it encourage disc degeneration?

From the FDA Indications - "The coflex® Interlaminar Technology is an interlaminar stabilization device indicated for use in one or two level lumbar stenosis from LI-L5 in skeletally mature patients with at least moderate impairment in function, who experience relief in flexion from their symptoms of leg/buttocks/groin pain, with or without back pain, and who have undergone at least 6 months of non-operative treatment." To determine if the one of our surgeons would consider you would need to make an appointment or get a second opinion from them. We do offer out-state consults and your can use this form and follow instructions on the form. www.sciatica.com/wp-content/uploads/OUT-OF-STATE-CONSULTATION-REQUEST-FORM-2022-09-27.pdf

Coflex is indicated for one or two levels from L1-L5. That specific question outside of the indications would be up to the spine surgeon and only answered within the context of an physical appointment in the office.

I used to have this problem too, but i fixed a lot of my symptoms by sleeping on chest side with a pillow under my abdomen. It straightened my spine, muscles to some extent. I re-gained most of my abilities and dont have the ice cold feeling in my back and legs/feet, barometric-sensitive changes anymore. Lower cross syndrome can cause the muscles to be stuck in a way that gives the neuropathy. it will take about 3 months to straighten the spine with sleeping. gentle exercises is also crucial to activating the muscles gradually. I am still considering Coflex for the L4 L5 because its the part of the spine that is tucked internally to the Pelvis and my disc bulged a bit forward and still causes nerve narrowing. The pillow technique is not 100% but atleast 85% improvement for me. I still have other issues like sitting for more than 20 minutes, walking a lot makes legs tight(radiculopathy).

@@jemarioalmond8556 The artificial disc replacement (ADR) was designed to mimic the spine's normal motion. Unlike a spinal fusion that would have no motion at the area fused, ADR can be an excellent alternative for those active athletes who want to maintain a competitive edge.
