I think the general benchmark is to aim to have all the pieces flipped and edges sorted out in about 4mins. After that I think times are lss standardized, since not everyone does edges first, and the edges can vary in difficulty.

All pieces flipped and sorted in 4 mins is definitely speedy! That’s like 2 a second 🤯 I can see why they train for speed puzzling!!

Yes, there was space on bus so could sit with coat, overhead storage and if needed there is also lots of storage underneath. Most people just had a small bag and sat with their coat / put it above their head No-one brought luggage but I expect they’d have no problem putting it under the bus as there was lots of space and they have a few other things stored underneath there anyway (e.g. champagne for sunset!) :)

Welcome! Very relaxed, no moving on by police I experienced and lots of locals/people doing it. It may be different in the height of summer but Spring was great - there are lots of dedicated spots and also never frowned upon by locals which is a great sign! I suspect finding the prime spots may get more difficult if busier but still possible :)
