If you give this video any thought and put in context that he/she drove only 18.2km of which 50% over 100km/h, even 160. I bet you can put pretty much any car in test and won't get better economy (ok some 1.9 tdi could do better). I have the exact same car and can repeatedly get 4.3L/100km on longer road driving and easily 5.5L/100km in city. Best has been 3.9L/100km on a 120km trip below 85km/h. My average consumption of 26000km is 5.3 and I have a heavy foot.

@@Life_In_Streams indeed. i get similar figures. the 1.0 ecoboost (regardless of 100, 125, 140 or 155hp) is one of the most fuel efficient petrols you can get. i actually feel it does not completely excell in stop-start inner-city driving (its still very good) where it wont be much better than some bigger 4-cylinders probably mainly because beeing unable to drive it at very low revs, but the minimum consumption in the 60-120kph speed range is really impressive.

@@gamesmaster1060 probably because thats simply how much revs the engine does at 75mph. the old ones had a really short 5-speed box.

What do you think about the consumption yourself? Good or bad? My car had somewhat stuck rear brake calipers from the factory. They had to be replaced under warranty. Consumption dropped over a litre after the fix.

i think in januarly 2022 it went to a chain. yep. and the plastic rings taht bronke in the 2020 area are replaced too. not many weaknesses anymore

this car is the best b segment made yet... not even golf can top this performance stock

the mhev engines have a chain and many of the older problems got replaced too. the oil pump is still run by a wet belt i think but that should make much less problems than the old timing belt.

Im not 100% sure if I did use sport mode. But I think it should make no difference when pedal to the metal is applied :D

@@nolimitdriving8252 yeah you're right 😂.. How does it feel at 200 kmh? I reached 210 kmh a couple of times (downhill) and that was pretty scary on this car ahah, maybe the suspensions are too soft (i have the titanium)

No it's not, I have a 125 mhev and i reach 211 going downhill ( obviously ahah) Btw it doesn't really feel safe at 200 kmh imo. Btw you can find some video where the fiesta (always 125 mhev) reach 210

@@tizio2332 very strange you don't feel it safe. It's the best in class chassis anyway. Even yesterday I did again a high speed run in highway, flat, for a very long time between the 200+ range and super stable. No vibrations, no shakes, nothing. Totally planted.

Man kann auch nicht Äpfeln mit Birnen vergleichen. Erstens ist der Puma fast 2 sek schneller 0-100 und außerdem hat er einen komplett anderen cw wert

@@bountyhunter5541 und das mit der Aerodynamik ist der entscheidende Grund.Wenn die Aerodynamik bei neuen Autos schlechter ist,sind sie weniger sportlich. übrigens die fast ne Sekunde schneller (Tests Probe v6 7,9sec) kommt nur durch einen Gang mehr,so muss der Motor weniger Bandbreite abdecken.Den Probe könnte man übrigens so schaltfaul fahren,im Leerlauf 900u/min 35km/h im5.Gang,wenn man dann Gas gab,verschluckte er sich nicht,ging dann bis Tacho 240hoch.Anfahren im 3.Gang ohne Gasgeben in der Ebene klappte wenn man vorsichtig einkuppelte,alles dank VRIS....Hab mir damals zig rennen mit dränglern geliefert,die Straßenlage war durch den tiefen Schwerpunkt genial,wie Gokart. Krönung war als ich mit dem damals schon 13jahre alten Probe von einem Cayenne 3,2 V6 (250Ps) auf der Autobahn bedrängt wurde,muss um 2007 gewesen sein: befand mich hinter 2elefantenrennenfahrenden LKW auf der linken Spur.Cayenne kommt an,fährt bei mir extrem dicht auf, Lichthupe.Nach dem Überholmanöver der Lkw bin ich dran vorbei,rechts rüber,aber auf dem Gas geblieben,siehe da ich war etwas schneller als der Cayenne,hab dann den auch Mal geschoben und Psychospiele gemacht.90ps mehr und kommt nicht gegen ein 13jahre altes Sportcoupe an,sowas darf sich eigentlich nicht Porsche nennen...Ab dem Zeitpunkt und nach rennen gegen Mercedes ML 280/320 hab ich beschlossen mir niemals eine SUV Dränglerkarre zu kaufen,weil die nur durch viel hilft viel schnell sind.Fahre jetzt 500PS ,weil man darunter meist nur noch Karren mit Downsizing und Turboloch bekommt....
