I know i'm 2 years late, but how did you fix the animation glitching issue at 6:25? There's almost no information on ModTheSims or YT about it nowadays and all of my custom animations look like that. The only thing i know it's that it deals with rotation and that we can't touch the "auskel" and some other specific bones when animating. Hope you see this. Awesome work you did there.

From what I remember, what you can do in blender is scale your keyframes. The more keyframes there is, the less it will spin in game. Select all keyframes, press "s" and just type in a number with your numpad and press enter and it'll scale it that amount. Usually scaling by 10 is fine. Then when you bake your anim make sure you have a keyframe on EACH frame in the timeline. That’s the trick, milkshape will handle way better the animation if there’s no empty frames between two keyframes. But then I remember in SimPE it’s hell because of the amount of keyframes it will take A VERY LONG TIME to load… sorry I can’t help more, it’s been ages since I dived into this. I’m dedicated to blender only now ☺️

@@sim2fan thank you so much!! It worked!!! 😁😁 I can already imagine the pain you went through to import all of these animations. I only made one and had a hard time working with SimPE and its loading time lol Also, it's a shame we can't animate facial expressions and have to use the existing ones :(

Bonsoir ! Quelle claque quelle jolie transition entre le 4 et le 6 , jaurais adore joue a ce jeu ! Tres bien ealiser avec des sims cest bluffant . Le scenario est top je me suis vraiment prise au jeu . comment avez vous reussi a avoir la grandz francoise cadole !!! Merci pour ce joli film .

Super. En, plus je te tire mon chapeau pour avoir convaincu la légendaire Françoise cadol de reprendre le role de Lara. Même si j'aime bien la voix de la nouvelle actrice pour les versions récentes de tomb raider ; Françoise Cadol est irremplaçable, trop légendaire pour cela.

Vraiment bravo à toi pour cette magnifique réalisation ! On se rend vraiment compte de l'ampleur du travail et du temps que tout cela a dû te prendre à travers ce making-of ! Les décors, les animations, les effets spéciaux, les ambiances, je n'ai pas de mot tant je suis admiratif par le travail que tu as fournis ! Et puis les doublages, tous aussi bons les uns que les autres, et Françoise Cadole avec qui tu as pu collaborer pour ce projet, c'est incroyable ! D'autant plus que je trouve ton admiration pour cette comédienne de doublage vraiment très touchante. Toutes mes félicitations pour ce très beau projet et merci à toi de nous l'avoir partagé :)

Je vous félicite pour ce magnifique travail (à vous, aux comédiens et à la comédienne Françoise Cadol), le résultat est vraiment super et je trouve que c'était nécessaire de faire un long métrage sur ce qui se passe après "The Last Revelation", car c'est très ambigu et flou, comme Lara Croft a pu survivre après la chute et revenir dans "The Angel Of Darkness", même si effectivement, le studio Core Design avait fait un très court métrage sur comment Lara a pu survivre, mais il aurait pu développer davantage sur ça. Et, heureusement, vous avez fait ce travail qu'on voulait voir chez le studio Core Design, merci infiniment à vous ! J'espère que vous pourrez produire par la suite d'autres longs métrages, ça serait réellement super pour la trilogie qu'il devait avoir pour "l'Ange des Ténèbres", mais, je ne mets pas la pression bien sûr, même si je ne suis pas du tout spécialiste dans l'animation, je comprends que c'est un travail acharné. En tous cas, je vais continuer à suivre votre travail.

Absolument génial ! J'ai adoré du début à la fin ! Le niveau de détail est juste époustouflant pour un fan film !! Ça me donne très envie d'être dans les backstages rien que pour admirer tout le travail qu'il y'a eux, pour chaque étapes ! En tout cas bravo à tous et gros big up à Françoise CADOL, toujours aussi charmante :D

I have a question: I did everything perfectly as per your tutorial, but in the game the animation has a weird movement (the legs rotate at a strange angle and the sims rotate 360º constantly). How can I solve this problem?

You can’t, milkshape always had this problem. You can now use Blender to animate and I think there are tuts on KZbin that shows how to minimize the risk of having this rotation problem :)

I cannot even begin to imagine how much time and effort went into making this. I would love a behind the scenes, you are SOOOO talented wowowowowow. I can’t wait to watch this again!!!! Amazing work, and incredible voice acting as well!! Ahh the sets and animations HOW!!
