the 880 is sure a great loader! Im not a tree skinner, but take 880 for loading any day, way better then CAT!

Because sometimes the loader breaks down, because one machine is cheaper than two if you’re working with the yarder and only doing five load’s a day. Because it gives you more options!!!!

@@Mad_music44 Good reasons just looks painful when you know how much faster a log loader would do it. But if only doing 5 loads then i can see why you wouldn't want a extra machine.

I don’t get it, is there a reason yous keep the drive rollers closed before picking up the stems?

On small stems like that it gives you more control and room to get them. Feed rollers hit the deck more when they are open.

That's a great processing head! I feel like I like the Southstar heads almost as much as the ones made by Waratah and Komatsu.

You’d sell more processor heads if you quit putting reputable outfits like Mt Sicker shown, in the video together with bullshit music and editing
