Dear Alain, i think your interviews are very interesting, and they contribute to a heritage of experiences that will be very valuable. However, I'm sure you know that KZbin is a visual media. I think you would have many more followers if you could interview people in person in a studio. That's just my two cents of opinion.

Have to add I feel as Marianne does about the impersonal internet world- it allows me access to her! but otherwise- a nightmare especially for kids, who only connect with a screen and a suspect world. Vaux le Vicompte is the most beautiful of any chateau I visited in my 25 years living in Paris and seeing many many chateaux. The fact is that the Chateaux de la Loire are fantastic historical monuments , but mostly cold unfurnished and only 2 are memorable. Fontainebleau is a strange place of so many styles that it ( respectfully ) hurts the eyes. Although there is the Empresses collection which is lovely. Versailles is a monument to the Bourbon Kings. It was built on top of the ancient hunting lodge and is fascinating. The Gallerie de Glace is incomparable & the Theatre is amazing , when open . Yet it lacks , on the whole , symmetry and since about 2000 is no longer fun ( we used to go for a couple hours to see a couple rooms ) then back to Paris. Since about this time , when the new stantions were installed , it takes 2 hours just to get in . So many people. Vaux is accessible by car ( best ) in 50 min from my apart in the 6th. Also I've gone by train w shuttle which was fun. My mother , I am happy to say , flew to visit me in 2007 & I took her to see the most beautiful Chateau on earth before she left us in 2012 . She loved the fabrics , gallon , Chinoiserie paintings. She even climbed all the way up the combles to see the view from the terrace! Going to France as a tourist and not visiting Vaux is not visiting the singularly most important Chateau historically and esthetically.
