Nice captures...They are truly amazing birds. I have been filming American Dippers feeding their nesting chicks salmon. I even got some underwater shots...check it out on my channel if you are interested! Cheers, Damon

Richard, I apologise for not getting a better video with my little pocket walkabout camera with only a 5x zoom but take a closer look on a large screen and you'll clearly see it moving from the 35sec point. Thanks for looking at it, bringing back good memories. Brian

Hi, I am working in Dublin and wouldn't mind seeing some kingfishers. I saw them once when out flyfishing in Glasgow. The flash of blue was brilliant. Ive been searching Booterstown and I came across your video. Can you tell me if this is the marsh near the Dart station (53.3099101,-6.1975364) or if this is North near Malahide? I am aiming to go this weekend. If you know anything about photography, do you think I could capture these with a 200mm lens on a 1.5 crop camera? I can use a 2x extender but I need to go into manual focus then. Thanks in advance,

+gersgraeme Need email address to send links to pin point where they are at Swords Estuary/Broadmeadows Estuary , the nearest bus stop from town will leave you about 600m walk away, the nearest Dart /train line is 3 miles away in Malahide

Nice video my friend, my father is from Finikounda however i was born in Australia. I visited when i was ten and seeing your kids running on the beach reminded me with my brothers doing the same thing - 27 years ago.
