if you do the 30K do you just leave whenever you finish or do you have to pace it out until sunrise?

If there is a 30K, Normally the RD has it where they come in later in race. And the 30 would finish up in the morning during sunrise along with other distances. If he did it the same way as before that is.

Considering this race for my first 100 + mile race and my wife's first 100 miler. What's the course like and do you recommend it? How was the aid station? Awesome finish and a lot of miles! Thanks!
@MangoRunner4 ай бұрын
Hi! Yes, I totally recommend it. 5k flat around a strawberry farm with generous 48 hours cutoff. A lot of runners did their 1s hundred here. The weather can be very nice, windy, very cold, very hot, pretty unpredictable. There is 1 main aid station, and some runner even bring food or cook food for aid station. Depending on your pace, you can even get in a good sleep and still get the 100 miler.

I had 17K on my watch when I ran this, every watch is different and depends on how they had it set also. From the climb I did, I am guessing it is somewhere between 16,500 to 18,000. Unless the course is different. Depending on weather and trail conditions, the course can be change.
