hello When you connect a DJI ACTION4 product to a yololiv ultra product in webcam mode, all sounds are muted. If you remove ACTION4, all sounds will be output again. How do I solve this?

It's too bad that Instream can go live only maximum 30fps. That's a wasted of money or Yolobox want to squezze customer's blood. LOL

Can these settings be changed during the stream? For instance, can I change the lower the bitrate if I'm filming a speech, and then when there is going to be dancing (for example), then I bump up the bitrate?

Good stuff... 7:07 is it possible to add a hdmi in source video from an external camera? Also how many yolocast events can be added? Third is multiple yolocast events with an external camera via hdmi in be switched and displayed externally via hdmi out to me desired medium? Thanks

MY HDMI 2 is not working. I get display when i connect the HDMI 2 cable to the HDMI out but when I want to use camera it show loading but will not connect. I can see bars in the sound place. I have not much used the HDMI 2 port as I always use HDMI 1 port. I need a favourable answer for this.

Hi @HORISBOX 😊 We previously researched how to implement the feature you need, but our findings indicate that this functionality heavily relies on the architecture of the live streaming platform. The architecture of Ultra cannot integrate with that of the platform, so we regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill this request. Perhaps you could explore alternative solutions. Many users have similar needs, so you might consider asking in the FB Group for their suggestions. And if I come across a viable solution, I will be sure to tag you here right away. Hope this helps!

The latest VFA Tutorial video features a real-life version of Frank. we tried to use AI portraits because we had a lot of feedback from our users about the lack of clarity of expression. Frank is improving himself, and we are now slowly adjusting the ratio of AI portraits to real-life appearances in the video as much as we can.

Is accessing media center really free (the video says it is free)? It will NOT allow you to upload media if you don't have a subscription. Please always let your viewers know the truth in your videos.

The important question is, how will this idea succeed when most people use a sound mixer and there is no independent sound for each camera? 😅

Each camera has to have its own microphone for it to work. If you use a mixer, the Yolobox Ultra cannot separate the channels.

Please check your recording settings; the Ultra's 4K recording settings are found in the recording console, not in the quality selection on the upper left corner of the screen (where the 4K refers to live streaming). Additionally, you can set the FPS to 30fps, as 4K 30fps is the highest quality setting. Also, if you are using ISO recording, you'll need to set parameters for each recorded video source. Due to CPU limitations, 4K 30fps cannot cover the individual recording of all video sources, so you could choose different resolution and frame rate combinations for ISO recording. Furthermore, please check your camera's quality settings. If the video quality is still not satisfactory after checking all these, please contact us at [email protected] for further technical support. Hi we have just bought an yolobox Ultra and have two cameras connected thru HDMI. But when we are switching from one source to another there is crackling noise in audio for the duration of swtiching from one video to another. Is this a bug?

Hi @guillermotapia4801😊 Could you please provide me with more information about your audio mixer? All audio mixers work with the Pro. You just need to connect the audio mixer’s output to the Pro's Line In interface (it can also be other types of interfaces, depending on your audio mixer).
