@@sonykotha-d5e I'm hoping good 🤞 We used to live in Clermont for 11 years before moving to Colorado which is where we are now. I know there are some not so great parts of Apopka, but the same holds true in Clermont and other areas. Schools I have heard are not great, so we plan to go the charter school route or virtual school for our son. This development is in an area where there are other luxury developments (homes, apartments) and more popping up, so it is a nicer area of Apopka. I don't get a great vibe from the stores on Orange Blossom Trail just north of this Toll Brothers development, so we plan to drive to Winter Garden Village for what we can. Its only like 18 mins away. After we move, we might find some other areas we like near by. From what we understand, Apopka is undergoing a lot of growth currently. Much like Clermont started a decade ago. I'm excited to see the area grow.
