Thanks, At the end of recording a track for the album i would always ask if i can have a version without drums in some cases and sometimes we would dub a track live, Pete was cool with it, Bob not so cool with it ha ha Bob mixed filmstar, Is it me? and Pussycat which i managed to get the version you here at the end of the album

Thanks for your kind words, This remix was the first mix Jon had done of filmstar but Laura thought it sounded too much like the original so she asked him to do another so this remix was not released and his second remix was released, Just posted!

Thanks, I guess i prefer the unusual remixes done over the remixes that use too much from the original, I like this mix by Porl but always wished he hadn't of used as much of the original percussion and drums as he did, I tend not to give the drum parts these days because it encourages the remixer to create there own which takes the track in another direction. Sometimes ha ha I do have a few unreleased remixes of filmstar some uploaded here and some not, I really don't mind uploading the bad with the good so watch this space, I did a Shoot the Bimbo remix of filmstar after the success of the shoot the bimbo remix od desire i did, the filmstar remix was not released

Thank You so much, This track is not the blondie track i would have chosen to cover but this is the track we was asked to do, Laura recorded her vocal over the original blondie version and i created the strange music around her acapella same way i would do a remix i guess 🥰

Thank You, This was the first recording of this track for the album and the record company didn't like the drums so they told me to go away and redo, which i did and i came back with the version you hear on the album. Once i started changing things i couldn't stop ha ha , I am glad they rejected this version because i much prefer the album version 🥰

Thank You for your comment, To release the unreleased Mulu stuff is something we have thought about, There is Lots!! It will have to be mastered and tweaked for a lot of it is raw and Demo quality recorded rough for reference only at the time. Thanks Alan (Mulu)

@@HypurrrBoy Thanks for your support my friend, We got our publishing back from Richard Branson but Sony Music still own the recordings for Smiles Like A Shark so they are within there right to release what they wish without consulting myself or Laura, Crazy i know!! Saying that we are both happy with the release and choice of colour vinyl, this is how i imagined it and they have done a great job
