I use 1 to 30 rr daytrading as most setups win % are usually rubbish from what I backtested, 1 to 30 rr solves the problem, very low stress approach, just little pinches

Mean reversion is against the basic rule of trading " Never trade against the trend " Shorting in uptrend market is a losing trade in almost 80% times 😢

I'm new to this and I've found there are a lot of arrogant people preaching advice who seem a little too sure of themselves. Thanks for keeping it calm!

500ml bottle of carbonated water the best, the fizz is electrifying makes yer feel refreshed and alive quicker inside. There is something about fizzy water thats under estimated, Try It yourll see. 500ml fizzy bottle of water straight down the hatch out of bed has noticeable numerous effects more so than anything else you do from getting out of yer bed. I dont know why it should be? but it is, Does anybody know why?

Absolutely important!! I used to trade in a fasted state. Not good, as I was in more of a state of stress/adrenaline from the fast. Now I eat a nice breakfast of butter, eggs, bacon, toast. My mind is so much better equipped to trade this way.

I didn't realize it before but Tuld really slams the door on Sullivan. After being sweet and gentle to ensure that he has the confidence to bluntly say what the problem is, he makes a music analogy and asks Sullivan to confirm. But then Sullivan, instead of just saying "yes," counters him: The music isn't stopping, it's just slowing down. Uh oh. There's no raising of voices, but Tuld doesn't take this counter without punching back hard. First, by reminding Sullivan he's the boss (by explaining how he got there: HE predicts what the music will do), then by re-applying his version: He can't hear the music. It has stopped. Then he moves on by assuming HIS version: "Now that we know the music has stopped..." and doubles down by reminding people they've all relied enough on Mr. Sullivan. He stops the meeting for a full minute to do this. At least Sullivan got the message the second time.

When Sullivan says "pushing the risk" Irons character smiles. He smiles because he realizes Sullivan understands where all their millions have come from. From pushing the risk to someone else

One of the most magical things in this scene is that you can tell Simon Baker and Demi Moore "out rank" Kevin Spacey's character. But it is obvious Kevin spacey gets paid more, and actually has more power than anyone but Iron's character.
@izayus114 күн бұрын
Not only is this one of the most underrated scenes ever. It is one of the best scenes of cinema plain and simple. Irons gave THE best supporting actors of 2011, no doubt. But he gave the performance of a decade.

Instead of adding I would wait for a bottom pattern to emerge and add aggressively with a tight stop for the full position. But that's just to save a bad trade. But I think most of the times its's better to cut your losses before that and open a new position on support. Otherwise positions become bigger than you may want and risk grows too big. The danger indeed is that you learn bad behaviour. If you want to be a trader, you really need to learn to take your losses.

I agree with his stop loss being intuition but his risk management sounds horrific. Some are way better with technicals than others though.
