One thing about those 3 scales. The tank pressure vs remaining fuel is determined by Charles' law, which describes the relationship of pressure and temperature in a fixed volume. However, the temperature is expressed in Kelvins or temperature above absolute zero. The temperature range you'd normally be using a BBQ in is trivial compared to the difference from absolute zero. I have one of those, with a single scale and haven't noticed a significant difference on warmer or cooler days. Also, while I don't know if it's used in these cheap gauges, it is possible to use temperature compensation, as is done on more expensive & accurate gauges. Remember, we're looking for a relative indicator, not precision.
