The wankel engine was the most unreliable ICE ever made. No engine even came remotely close to how bad they were. On top of the unreliability was the absolutely shocking fuel economy! Your talking a supposed 1.3 litre motor that used as much fuel as a 7 litre V8. The wankel engine died for a reason just leave the POS dead for gods sake.
