Too much of an angle when you are interproximal.You are basically using the face of the instrument.

This is very very lacking. If someone only followed these steps there's about a 75% chance they will leave decay in the peripheral seal zone. 2 words: caries detector. Look into Biomimetic protocols and take the guess work out of the equation. Your patients deserve it

DIY Scaling. I purchased a set of dental scalers online, specifically Teressa. I've managed to remove tartar DIY. Q) How do I sterilise these instruments? I am mobility disabled. Dental Hygienist is many miles distance from me. I might purchase my own ultrasonic dental scaler. (UK)

This is a GREAT video!! Align the nose & toes- thank you for clearing that up for me. I see a lot of dentists position the pts toes way higher than their nose. Excellent tip about keeping the wrist neutral as you choose your seating position. Again, wonderful video!
