3:26 no lies has been told. NGII 2008 is the best Exclusive on the market. The amount of detail and content that game has is astonishing. Sophisticated Sound design, intense Enemy design. Elite combat system that truly believes in the player's ability to be skillful, gorgeous stage designs, luxurious weapon designs. Then you have the DLC, 3 costume packs, each pack has 5 costumes, 20 costumes overall with the already existed 5. All the costumes play during the cutscenes. They could've let ryu wear his default skin but no they're professionals. Another DLC mission mode. It's so good it could be it's own game. You have 2 types of missions, Clear stages and Survival missions. Survival missions the mission will never end until you get defeated. You know what's crazy ? With all the things i just said i didn't do this game justice. All this insanity and the Game size Only 7GB. If someone told me a game with such specifications could exist with only 7GB i would never believe it. Truly the best Exclusive of all time. Much Respect to all the people who worked on NGII.

They definitely shipped an unfinished game. The top 2 difficulty levels are stupidly unbalanced to the point they’re not fun like in 04/Black. So much for all that play testing with Itagaki stood behind them.

Itagaki never not get to FINISH the game. Tecmo was harassing him and chased him out of Tecmo before the game was even finished being developed. As a result the game released in a unfinished mess. Read up on the history
