Dynamic Serb hi it’s 2000 year with the pop roof, so far it’s not got a conversion done. There’s also going to be a 2007 one. Both about £4,500

Hi buddy.. was wondering how did you convert the k/ph to M/ph ?? is there a chip you buy or do you need to do this via ecu?? I have a RG1 in uk and wanted to convert mine..any help would be greatly appriciated

Mohammed Rahaman Hey. The conversion is done by installing a chip behind the dash. These rg's use a canbus system so the chip needs to work with that. Quite pricey. But if you want to reset the odometer to show miles then that needs someone with the software and skills. This car was converted in Japan but the chips are readily available in the uk. I suggest you take it to a garage who does imports.

Thanks. Yes still importing these. Tax is standard rate £235 on these as with all imports over 1.5l of this age. Happy to help source a car if you're interested.
