I wouldn’t recommend using/taking clindamycin honestly cause yes it improves acne temporarily but the root cause is there so the acne will definitely come back again. Also it imbalances the microbiome of the skin 🥹🥹🥹

If you use this shampoo you have to use a good moisturizer and hydrating serum or else the skin will get drier and trigger more dermatitis unfortunately 🥹

It’s a bit on the heavier side I felt. So if you live in a humid climate and your face sweats alot this one is not for you.

Hey Anika unfortunately I am not that familiar with Bangladesh beauty market, but in general if you ask me, I would say the beauty of joseon relief sun is something I always recommend to everyone. Sorry couldn’t be much of a help.

I use zinc oxide cream at night on the side of my nose whenever it get inflamed. I don't know mine is what but it will come back multiple times a year or like every month.

Keep your skin hydrated enough and it won’t come back. If possible layer Vaseline when you feel like it’s starting to show up. Unfortunately there is no cure to this only prevention 🥹

@@skincarewithsalmeen thanks i will try layer zinc oxide first in future to see if it works as i don't have new Vaseline for face. Only 1 for lips which i think not hygienic to use on face after use on lips. So far zinc oxide works wonder for most of my skin issues and i already own a tub of sudocrem for face. I will buy a tub of Vaseline if zinc oxide didn't help. Thanks for your kind advise. ❤️

I am new to sebhorreic dermatitis. Never experienced anything. My dermatologist only suggested a ClotrimZole to use twice a day. Will it works? Also, i am using cera v hydrating cleanser but it causes burning around my mouth. And my one side of face feels hot compare to the other side. My face seems so dull. I can't use anything. How long it takes to treat it?

Hi, clotrimzole is a bit drying so you need more hydration. So change your cleanser please cause cerave hydrating cleanser is not actually hydrating to many. So go for a gentle skin cleanser like Cetaphil. Also add hydrating essence like snail mucin essence and a hydrating serum like the Cosrx bee propolis ampoule. Add as many hydrating products as possible. Honestly I feel like the cleanser is making the situation worse and adding to the dehydration that’s why your skin looks dull. So change the cleanser and add more hydration. Good luck 😘

For seborrheic dermatitis Vaseline can cause more harm than good beacuse it blocks the yeast inside the skin which makes it grow even more.

The Vaseline is not for reducing the yeast colonizing the skin but to help with the dryness. Sometimes external factors like dry weather or harsh products can trigger seborrheic at the same time dry the skin out. Vaseline helps in those cases
