Thanks my question when I start cold down in the same ambient temperature some thanks start at 2 bar and same at 1.5 bar ? And it's necessary to decrise the pressure to 0 after increase to 2 bar to start cold down ?

Answer to your first question is that as you mentioned the required for cool down ranges from 20 to 35 psi. How much pressure is required for a certain tank also depends upon the quantity of liquid nitrogen inside the tank. If you tank is full you need less pressure and if tank is half need more pressure.

Answer to 2nd question is that yes, before cool down your should make the pressure zero. The purpose of making it zero is to remove the entrained gas from the liquid nitrogen. We call it conditioning of liquid nitrogen. If you will not make the pressure zero, may be your prime losses too early.
