Have you rechecked yoyr assembly, particularly the bubble diffuser above the pump output? Instructions are not clear but i found you can orient it anyway you like but best is with the blanked( no holes) segment, about 15 degress positioned directly above the output. Also double check needle wheel impeller and venturi. I have just put a k1-160 in my 150 g reef. It worked right out of the box, no comfort to you i know, but i spent an hour putting and re-putting it together.

Hi mate, Great channel! I was curious if a 4ft 6500k shop light would cover an area of 4ft x 2ft enough for Anubias, Java ferns, bolbitis and buce etc I’m growing them on an ebb flow (flood drain) syste, Regards Duzzy 🇦🇺
