Look like a lot got new except reliability. Some friends I know bought VW in last 5 years and they experienced serious mechanical issues with their vehicles before hitting 50k miles.

I've owned 3 different VWs and have never had a problem with any of them. It might be a different story once they have over 100,000 miles.

I live in PA, and received my new Tiguan SEL R-Line yesterday. I had a BMW 430i, and this is not a step down. Love watching these videos, as it has so many features that I miss in the manual.

The manual 6 speed is available on the jetta but sadly only the GLI this model year

I love the front of the car, looks more aggressive, and I love the front LED turn signals. The updated tail lights are cool as well. The big mistake is the infotainment screen. I just don’t like it; looks like the designers said “we forgot the infotainment, let’s stick it here”. I have a 2023 GLI and I like how they integrated the screen in the dashboard.

I have a 2020 VW crosssport SEL R- line, fully loaded every option available.. bought it brand new 52k.. 6CYL… love it, but now that it’s only in a 4 cylinder …. That’s the nail on the coffin for me… and with less than 30k on it the dealership is Emailing me constantly to buy the vehicle back.. no thanks..

Its actually dangerous to drive this model with all those capacitive buttons on the steering wheel and the infotainment system is universally hated. Better to go for 2025 model where all of these are fixed.
