Thanks so much for doing this podcast, I enjoyed listening to, with gratitude and pride! 🙏 For some reason, the two questions that Karen mentioned have stuck with me as great conversations starters: What are you learning? What are you working on?

A whole episode on your own, commitment. If it happens again, I'd be more than happy to step in. Loved the core message through the episode about understanding ourselves/company, working out where we want to be and take those steps. Then continuously re-elevate where we are. Keep them coming

Great talk. Loved the advice to take a chance on a person and give them the opportunity. Thats how you find good people, in spite of them not having the "required experience" but having the will and determination to learn.

That was a great listen chaps! It's always interesting to learn how people got started in their careers. I'm also Team Dropout 😅 I'd like to hear more about other significant takeaways you've both had over the years.
