It’s crazy how much talent there is. I watched a D3 game here in TX, kid was sitting 88-89 in D3! Saw a catcher hit one over a 330 fence easily as well.

Get about 6" closer to plate and drop the bat into the zone earlier, getting head out in front.

I’m a lacrosse goalie and I never understood why baseball players react so much to getting hit. I get hit by 85-95 mph shots all day long and it really isn’t that bad. Someone please explain And no I don’t wear leg/arm padding only chest helmet and gloves

Man I remember when a pitcher threw a ball low and inside. I played golf for 1 swing and banged my bat off my ankle. Coach ripped my butt while I was on the ground bleeding and crying. I never went for a low and inside pitch again. That hurt bad.

Watch out going so deep on benches with dumbbells, just puts more stress on your shoulders. Instead of try going down low enough so the bottom of your arm is level with the ground and then pause for a second before going back up if you want to make it harder while staying light.
