I’ve had neuropathy pain for 40 years I stepped on it for 40 years it’s no better now than when I was first made to stand on it. Why would anyone want to step on pain that’s never ending?

So much of life is self descriptive vs prescriptive. It is not always what you did, but what they think they would have done if you had the same understanding as them.

Such chronic stress destroys the body over time. Capitalism is quite literally destroying human beings on every level- mentally, socially, economically, physically and the planet as well.

As a person that is a professional procrastinator, I could have told them that. Dread and feeling overwhelmed are emotions. Every time I procrastinate these are the main emotions at that point and time.

Idk if communication is the problem rather than the purpose itself being actually good. I said this to a friend yesterday, everything being equal, men working at a factory that builds excavators are gonna be happier than those working at a factory that makes chocolate chip cookies. I don’t know what kind of person wouldn’t know what their company does in very simple terms. DHL ships packages. I don’t think there’s anyone who works for DHL that wouldn’t know that.

As soon as you said "better" your statment meant nothing. Intelligence isnt like other things in that it cannot be measured. "Never be better at processing information etc." how can a computer ever process information like a human. You ever had one of these things running a function like censorship? Sometimes i wonder if they can read at all.

With clips, you’re trying to get a huge highlight of the point you’re making in a super short amount of time. The problem is that this leads to misunderstandings if you don’t do it well. Case in point: it’s not good (morally, physiologically, emotionally, spiritually) to be mad all the time about something. It’s deteriorating as it causes you to ruminate on something negative constantly. That’s literally the definition of depression. Maybe you expand on this and clarify things further in the rest of the episode. But from a viewer’s perspective (one who studies philosophy, mind you) this clip didn’t achieve a good purpose as it presents a misleading and incorrect statement.

There's no way its that high. 42 percent. Our company would be ecstatic
@justinnelson61699 ай бұрын
42% seems high. And the buzzwords are funny. Why does everything have to be "great"? You can't retain employees... nothing great about that slick.
@porkypies87349 ай бұрын
The number should be much lower because management doesn’t care. Management is concerned with what they can get out of the deal, that is it. The employees are just fodder. They would lay us all off if it meant getting a bonus. They forget though that the bonus was earned off of the employees backs, not theirs.

I work as a housekeeper at a luxury assisted living senior living. Hands down best job i’ve ever had. We’re paid above the going rate, get a raise every year, employee lunch every month, morning meetings with the whole building and sometimes they do games and you can win gift cards, huge Christmas party with amazing food and gifts you can win (I won $500 in amazon gift cards), and much much much more thats too much to even list. I’ve worked many many jobs and never have I ever experienced this.
