Skoda Yeti vs Barraba Track. I decided to take the Barraba "shortcut" to Mt Kaputar in my Skoda Yeti, quite prepared to turn around if it looked too rough as the Yeti only has 180mm clearance. The little Skoda handled it with ease, its smart 4WD system kicking in as we lifted a wheel crossing humps at an angle to avoid bottoming out. The Yeti is a soft-roader with quite extraordinary 4WD capabilities.

Please tell me how this is different to what happens now but on a smaller scale. Our Cow has middle men, abattoirs and distribution just like buying meat from Woolies. The producer isn't making any more money and the consumer isn't saving anything. When people can buy meat out of the paddock then rural communities and customers will be happy.

Same thing happened to me 1941 C30. Block was rusted out in the area of the valve train. Filled 5 gallon bucket with that special blend. Was fortunate to be offered a 1960 235 Chevy 6. Took some modification to work but well worth effort. That mix of water and oil took months to separate! Thanks to Rolf.

I've finished that exact same spot in 87 and caught some huge cod and Spanish mackerel but back then we used to hydro (hydrogen gas) out our bait with a balloon, slapping it across the water carried by the wind. But that walk back up the hill was murder lucky we had an Engel with cold can's in it 😅
