Funny enough, in the Italian dub commander Basque just before dying accuses Kenshiro to be "a monster", while he coldly replies he is "just a human being", much like in the original Jap version here. One of the occasions in which local dubs, sometimes, are richer and less trite than the original.

@harrydrake4173 yeah, something like that, unfortunately. Actually it's kenshiro saying that about his own technique while fighting Souther. Most probably a wrong translation of "even the heavens are shaken".
