Oh man, you just couldn't take it anymore! Its like 3rd time's a charm, right? But what if you just stood there instead and just don't make any movements? Then the hawk would get used to you and then you can both be best buddies! Did you make sure you were wearing your helmet while you were bike riding? That way in case the hawk comes back to dive bomb you, your helmet will provide protection! Also, if you accidentally fell off your bike after the hawk dived at you, it would protect your head from getting injured badly on the sidewalk as well! Give it a few days, I promise you, she won't dive at you if you just stay there and make no movements. Stand as still as a statue and then one day she will feel okay with you being near her. By the sounds of that hawk, it must have been a Merlin! That's a small Falcon, and its one of the smallest Falcons out there! She can't possibly cause any harm. She won't even try, he just dive bombs so that she can protect his nest!

Thanks for the advice! Also I exaggerated the title a bit on purpose it wasn't to bad. I actually had fun playing with the hawk, but the funny thing is that the nest wasn't even in our yard even though she kept claiming it as her property. The nest is streets over!
