i wouldve never thought to put mushrooms in ramen noodles/broth not just for the taste but to speed up the comeup as well… imma have to try this with some cup of noodles next time for sure, taking a bite of 0.5g shrooms with every fork of noodles sounds a lot more pleasant then downing 3 grams of just pure shrooms
@DetoxProxy3 күн бұрын
I used to make it a ritual to munch through 7-8 grams of mushrooms. Then one day I was breaking up some dried shitake mushrooms for some ramen and it hit me. Never heard anyone else doing it or if it would work well. Now it's my go to method of ingesting them. A good quality spicy ramen and I completely forget the shrooms are in there.

Love you vids❤ I had my first shroom experience a few weeks ago (didn't take enough to ''trip directly), and my second 4 days ago. The first time I took them, I experienced an auditory hypnagogic hallucination as I was trying to fall asleep. My thoughts were kind of ''loud'' for a lack of a better word. Maybe the fact that I was blaring loud music during my entire high had something to do with it lol. So my question is if you have ever experienced that? it freaked me out a bit haha. The shrooms/experience feels great tho, love it. (liberty caps)

Trips go deep enough that you can't control thoughts, good or bad. They just start coming and sometimes it can be too much. Take your time moving up the scale. Only increase the amount you take incrementally and wait some time between trips. Thanks for watching the videos!

@@DetoxProxy I guess that's part of the reason I have listened to music, it kind of keeps them "contained" in a way (lol🐤). I started smoking weed at 16 (26 now) and have smoked on and off since, even weed at "too high" doses can be a bit freaky haha. I guess a good mantra would be to welcome both good and bad thoughts equally, a pleasant experience is not guaranteed but both are good in their own ways. Yes I will increase gradually, very good advice 🙏 Thank you for making videos, and for your response ♥️ I like them a lot 😄

Excellent. It certainly feels to me like it has been a short, mild and wet summer this year, already experiencing the first frosts of this Winter period here (Scotland). I don't know if there are any restrictions on fishing at Jigsaw Lake but from my limited experience of Loch fishing, maggots and worms nearly always work on Trout. I know some Lochs here only allow fly fishing and have a catch and release policy so any 'fish suppers' are from the local fish and chip shop 😀
@DetoxProxy22 күн бұрын
We have world class fishing here in the north. Salmon is mostly what people go for. Very few areas are restricted in this region. Finding parasites or invasive species isn't common at all. There are daily catch limits and restrictions on hooks that differ from eastern Canada. Few small trout will make a great fry next year, they're tasty.

My roommate gave me a small box of mushrooms for my birthday. I was twenty, bored, and stupid. I was alone and was supposed to work that afternoon. However, the caps started tasting good to me, like potato chips. So I went to looney town that day. These were the days of analog. Kung Fu was on the tube, and the come up was awesome. I decided since I felt so good that I would take a swim in the pool. I had to be grinning great, for I felt like a giant as I stood in the water above it all. My work shift was approaching, so I got dressed and headed outside to roll my bike out. Just then, the house phone rang. It was my dad informing me that my girlfriend's daughter had been killed. Needless to say, the rest of the day and onward turned very dark indeed. I'm glad you came out of your experience. Or should we call it, a lesson?

My issues with shrooms is the nasty body load. Nausea, chills, diaphoresis, the damned twitching and overall sense that something is physically wrong can ruin a perfectly good trip. Someone suggested the synthetic version of shrooms (4-AcO-DMT instead of psilocybin 4-PO-DMT) due to it producing less body load, I found even it was too much and ruined the trip. It's a shame DMT isn't more accessible as it's supposedly far cleaner with a far shorter duration, but offers more of what I'm looking for, the OEVs.
@DetoxProxyАй бұрын
I've tried them all. 4acodmt is a good trip. High enough doses will give you some open eye action. DMT is far more powerful. It can overwhelm a persons senses. It can cause extreme fear. It can also show you things you have never seen before.
@snowdogthewolfАй бұрын
@@DetoxProxy That's actually what I'm looking for, stuff I've never seen before. The come up on 4-Aco-DMT was abrupt and I know straight-up DMT will be even more abupt. However, the 4-AcO-DMT and even the natural 4-PO-DMT causes serious anxiety. I'm hoping a setting-controlled DMT trip would be more therapeutic for me.
@DetoxProxyАй бұрын
@@snowdogthewolf Any one of these compounds can give you enough anxiety to never use them again. DMT will show you the most unworldly things but will take your conscious mind away at the same time. Much of what you see will be like altered vision at lower doses. I get a lot of straight edging, where everything appears to be square or rectangular. I've also seen ancient language pour out of the a screen that was playing a screensaver type of video. Higher amounts will completely override your vision where it will be difficult to make out the room that you're in and that's if you're able to stay conscious. Taking too much can make you question where did you go and is it possible to return. The most wild crazy things can take place and you cannot get away from them. Psychedelics are more than just getting visuals and difficult to keep fun, all of the time. Anxiety is just something that comes along with the trip for many people.

Hey man --I like your channel, beautiful drive, great job getting over the pass. We've got a lot in common. I do the same kind of stuff in my 1999 Subaru Outback wagon. 3 inch lift with Forster suspension and lift spacers, bigger tires. Four speed automatic actually does quite well off-road, especially with the rear diff-locker. I installed a Torq-Masters sku: TL-R1605B R160-5 Bolt locker $430.00. Amazing the traction difference both on and off road the locker makes. I live in Telluride, Co. lots of snow, the locker with studded tires in the winter, is just plain fun. The rear locker means you always have a drive wheel, great for rocky, steep and uneven terrain like you were on. Keep posting man. Actually, if your interested...if you click on my name, i have 2 videos of my car up on youtube.
@DetoxProxy2 ай бұрын
Thanks for checking it out and commenting. I've looked into the locker and know the capability. There is a good chance that I will get one but so far I really haven't been in a situation that was too much to handle. I have been building the Forester in stages. Got the lift, suspension and brakes all done. The engine all resealed. Next is some recovery gear because I have so little. Then I can risk things a little more when I am out there all alone. I will check the vids out with my Subaru channel.
@telluridecolorado89182 ай бұрын
@@DetoxProxy Recovery gear is very important of course. Driving skills and a well maintained vehicle, I think are more important. We have some great 4x4 mountain passes out here. But, mostly where i go is out on the hundreds of miles of old mining roads we have around here. (usually alone) I go exploring abandoned uranium, copper and gold mines, that cover this area. I have a 4000LBS Warn winch and all the recovery gear i could need. And have never used any of it. The winch i've used to move rocks around the driveway, but never for recovery. So far with the rear diff-locker, i've never been stuck. I've been doing my car the same way, in small stages over the last 8 years. I bought my '99 with 203,000 with a blown engine. I put in a JDM engine with 57,000 miles on it. I've also removed rear seating and Subaru carpeting and replaced it with 3/4" plywood. I just sleep in the back of the car when i go camping with that same rear hatch tent you have. it works OK.
@DetoxProxy2 ай бұрын
@@telluridecolorado8918 I have a strap but that's about it lol. I am ready to get a few more things. Some traction boards, come-along and more straps. Hopefully some more lighting before the year end. I do absolutely rely on my driving ability though and it's definitely why I haven't had any issues thus far. I have a video that described much of what I had planned to do here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gainmYGYl7mbi7M I did things out of order but still getting much of what I needed and some of what I wanted. I really debated with how much to actually build out the interior. After some sore mornings this summer I am going to consider pulling the rear seats this winter and making a platform. Sleeping in the back has worked for me. A rooftop tent was 1. Expensive 2. Heavy 3. Not very aerodynamic. I will buy a fishing kayak instead and keep using the hatch cover tent.
@telluridecolorado89182 ай бұрын
@@DetoxProxy Funny that i've never come across your channels. I watch lots of camping and older Subaru/camping videos. Think that's how i came across this channel only about a month ago. Just watched your Forester update video, it was from a year ago. sure you have done a bunch of that already. But our cars are almost identically setup. I have about 9" clearance with skid plates. I'm running General Grabber AT2 tires 205/75/15 year round. Custom front bumper with a winch and an Amazon Jeep Wrangler tubular rear bumper with a tire carrier that i modified to fit. DNA unequal length headers with custom exhaust to a Magnaflow muffler. Aluminum front lower control arms. Whiteline bushings. Whiteline front swaybar links. Perrin Performance, lightweight crank pulley, rear swaybar links and engine pitch-stop. KYB struts with King spring front and rear. All lights including headlights are LED. And since i removed rear seats and back carpet and stuff, now i have 2 large locking storage areas: 1 where rear seats were and the other where the spare tire was. Sure i've missed some, i've done so much to this car. Oh yeah...can't forget the rear diff-locker, Torq-Masters Locker, really pretty easy to install. It can be done without removing the rear differential from the car. And what a difference it makes.

Time is a concept created by man. It's a theory! The second you are born "time begins" and the second you "die" time stops...for you that is. I've come to realize you only can truly live in the moment when you come to realize these things. I've also time traveled in mushrooms. Not a physical travel but an emotional "time travel". Only true psychonauts know what I'm talking about. Normal people will read this and think I'm the crazy one lol maybe I just see the world different than most.

Time is only relevant to the observer. Take away the clock and day cycle, it no longer exists. Mass defines space time as well. Time here on Earth is much different than it is on planets with gigantic masses, regardless of the day cycle. A woman spent 500 days in a cave without outside contact. When the experiment was over, she thought it had only been about half of that time. Without a clock or day cycle, she completely lost track. Time basically no longer existed because she couldn't observe it passing.
