I found your channel while searching for video content to help me relax, unwind, learn how to practice “slow living”, how to escape from the multitasking hamsterwheel, and prevent burnout. And while there is a lot of sliw living content, most of the videos out there are so boring and standard..never made it to the end. But your content stands out so much!!! It’s simply amazing. It calms me down emotionally. It does so much more, which other videos can’t do. Thank you💕

Hi, hope you are feeling better! I highly recommend to stay quite warm, meaning to wear socks and a scarf even inside, it is such a big help for your immune system because of the lymph nodes working in your throat and because the feet cool down your blood rapidly.

Waking up 4:30 why???😮

Your videos are so calming. My husband and I also had a long distance marriage. He worked in Europe and his home base was in Germany. I stayed behind in South Africa, but he came home a few times a year, and I visited him sometimes. That way I could be near my grown up children, and my friends and family, he could do what he loved, and I got to travel with him when I chose to. Sadly he passed away 18 months ago. I now live alone, and moved to a new house. I don't wake up nearly as early as you do, but I wake without an alarm, at around 6 in the morning, and also like to go for a walk in the early morning. Caring for my home provide structure, and I find great peace in mundane tasks, like you do.

At 1:34 what kind of bags are those under the sink? I'd like to order some.
