There should be some auxiliary contacts on the contactors. So if the main contactor is closed, you would connect the 'motor running' indicator to the NO auxiliary contacts, the indicator would then be lit. If you wanted a 'motor stopped' indicator, you could wire the indicator to the NC auxiliary contacts, so when the main contactor is de-energised, the indicator will be lit.
