It is my favorite Yoga Video

I bought Rodney’s tapes years ago.. and did am yoga every morning. For years I did other live yoga but during the pandemic I went back to my tapes. Now I try his various yoga you tubes and always love them. An awesome teacher, calm, present, good explanation. One of the best…. Sending gratitude 🙏🏻

This is my first DVD since 2008. I have the full instruction. I still keep it. Now me, my Sifu and my partners use it for the first 20+ minutes before the class. We know the routine! 🙏
