Que bom que outubro foi bom pra vocês. Viajaram, voltaram saudáveis e isso que importa. E bom TB que voltaram a por vídeo. Eu já estava preocupado. @HappyQuinta Sim, neste período de inverno às coisas "andam" mais devagar. Ficamos reféns do "humor" do tempo, principalmente aí no norte. Qt aos vídeos, hoje recebi o resumão de Outubro e como sempre, MT lgw por vcs mostrarem a "coisa" sem maquiagem, de forma bem real. Nota 10!! 🐶🍷

Rusty metal isn't the cause of tetanus. Tetanus is contracted from soil but it can only affect you through a cut. Rusty metal happens to be one of the main causes of cuts doing outside work is all.

Olá Daniel, Atendendo a "pedidos" rsss.. Estou deixando meu depoimento aqui. Show este lugar q vc encontrou. Cara, ao lado do rio Minho, fronteira da Espanha, e na região dos verdes. MT massa isso tudo. Vcs têm muitas ideias e TD já deu certo! Eu sou brazuca e estou no "Brasa", mas faço mestrado aí no norte de Portugal(viticultura e enologia). Tive q voltar após sofrer um acidente, e aqui passei por cirurgia etc, etc, mas estou bem. Retorno fim de janeiro e como dizem os tugas, eu "gostava" de conhecer vocês. Minhas "raízes" maternas são aí de Monção e antes de reiniciar no curso, quero no mês de maio, participar da feira do vinho VERDE tinto de Tangil (terra do meu biso) que fica aí perto. Até lá, vou ficar no entre o Alentejo e Algarve e claro, continuar assistindo teu canal. A propósito, trabalhei em Krawsnick perto de Berlín (no tropical Island), mas esta história conto pessoalmente. Saúde!!!🍷

Uau, it sounded great for you guys, and for the dogs well they will be stronguer ( always a bad experience is an opportunity to be strong :) ...well not sure of this but its hope I guess :) ). Portugal is being overrun with foreigners….was told that by an american here in the USA today…while i met her in my town while stopping to feed a pig here which is kept by the owner in a recent cow feed farm. I agree with her… Too many foreigners…..are keeping me from moving back to my birth country. Yep…it sucks….get out…

How much did you pay for the tiny house?

We paid 55k for the tiny house, but you should also consider other things like water and electricity installations. Levelling and preparing the land, plus a construction of a deck around it. That can easily stack up to around 80k! (It was the only way for us to live in the land as it is now, so it's still worth it)

Loving this design! I also love the tiny house. It's expensive but a LOT more comfortable than a yurt or tent that's for sure.

They still do the "stepping" but mostly for tourists or in very small/micro family adegas. My grandparents did it, and also the manual version of the current electric grape crusher.

See a lot of these types of Tiny Homes and the stairs always terrify me. After a night by the fire drinking wine I'd sleep downstairs. Wouldn't even try going up there.

We were just back in Berlin checking idealista.pt/. We had a couple of properties to check and we came to Portugal for a week to see them all. I think we were lucky - the place is great!

You may not get permission to build a new house, if you have an existing house on the land you can only build on that and to same specification that is already there, potugese building law does not allow for brand new builds

You are very much right about it. We can only build in this area of the ruin - the rest of the property is rural land, not possible to build. From one hand it's great that it forces us to keep the nature around.
