This is not the mix that was on the album when it came out. It's been edited to change the lyrics that use to be Carly Simon's "You're so vain, I bet you think this song is about you.. don't you?" section to "Overplayed, and soon you'll make us forget about you... won't you?"

Haunting. It was coming. He knew it. No one to understand. Dam, only a matter of years, he was right. If they had Maxwell during the Dominion War.

Scenes like this are one of the many reasons why I love Data. For all the interesting questions he raises about if a machine can be a person and what it means to be human, he's also a funny metal man who can give a Klingon a concussion by just letting himself be headbutted.

Bill B is a great drummer, but listening to "Apocalypse in 9/8", Chester Thompson really does the song more justice, at least based on the "Seconds Out" recording of "Suppers Ready". Makes me appreciate "Seconds Out" even more than I already do. Thanks for doing the technical work and posting this, it is a unique peak into my favorite Genesis era (post-Peter, but with Steve H).

I was 8 when I watched The Mantrap, in 1966! After living thru all ST's since, TOS was doomed to a short lived life from the start! As I believe the studio execs played with the order of the first few eps aired, as "Where No Man Has Gone Before", should have been the first eps aired? Kind of reminds me of the FOX execs screwing up Firefly, some 35 years later! TOS was at least a decade ahead of it's time!

Is the ending of this song as dark as it seems? "So he went inside there to take on what he found / He never escaped them, for who can escape what he desires?" Sounds to me like he never stopped desiring whatever was waiting for him. How bad is that?

What an amazing band loved them since the mid 80's as a youngster. Saw them in '87 at wembley stadium. Wish I could have seen them earlier. Phil is an unbelievable singer, drummer, performer. Love UK.
