thanks man, I just stumbled on this one. Sco plays very well. I have seen him perform live many times and ofcourse the concerts vary, this is only human. But on this recording he is definately having a good night.. The name of the song is "kool "btw..:)

wow, thanks for taking time to comment. I have loads of videos taken at this venue (www.Fasching.se), but i had to make them unsearchable after they got so nasty picking on me for posting videos. Right now i stopped going to see concerts there because it is not comfortable anymore to be taken the camera out of my hands for doing some videos for those who cannot attend to the concerts. I made no monetary profit whatsoever, just profit for the soul when someone else enjoys it. But some people don't get that :)

I am very sorry to hear that and understand completely. People can be so nasty, I have no idea why one would bother uploading a negative comment when someone else is making a positive effort to share some music. I for one appreciate your upload a lot since "kool"is one of my favourite Sco songs and I was unable to find a live recording of him soloing over this cool song..:)

did I get it right? from guitar it's split in two lines? line 1: tremolo - hog - loop with proco rat on/off - Attack Decay - Compressor (subtle) - eq - loop with modulation mixed in the dry signal? What is line 2? Is that straight going in an other amp? or mixed in line 1? Anyone has seen the setup?

When he begins talking about harmonic vocabulary and shows his set of chords for Ab+7, do any of you know if he's using just drop-2 voicing's or a combination of those with upper structures?

^7 or Maj7 isn't it? +7 as far as I and most musicians read it would be interpreted as an altered dominant 7 chord.

I have all the Lost tribe ones and the first one " Self Titled " is a Gem! Another GREAT band to check out is Vital Information! The albums " Vitalization " and " Come on In " are 5 star releases! Also Tom Coster has two out that are Must haves! The first one being " Let's Set the record Straight " and the other one being " The Forbidden Zone " Those are two of the finest fusion albums ever recorded!
