Sent you a file card so you can clean out the file, the glue stuck in there can make it harder to control and slow to cut.

I usually use the wire wheel on the bench grinder but I’ve never used a file card! Thanks!

final product looks great, why do you sand in between the clear coats? I thought clear coat waa like a finisher,

It gives a smoother finish. Between the first and second coats especially the grain raises and it can be textured. Between the second and third less sanding if any is needed. ❤

Looks good, next time make the 2X4 on the front of the bench full length so you can't see the end grain of the side boards.
