Many people now have CPAP machine. With this bed where there is only a small table at our feets I don't see where I can put that machine
@Bowlus28 күн бұрын
There is an outlet under the bed that can be used for a CPAP Machine. Then you can either place the CPAP at the foot of the bed on the nightstand or keep the CPAP under the bed on the ground. We also have many owners that use portable CPAP machines.

Is the fresh water tank positioned at the rear of the trailer? I can’t understand why RV manufacturers do that. It’s like they want someone to have a wreck.
@Bowlus29 күн бұрын
The fresh water tank is positioned inside the rear of the Bowlus under the beds. We place the fresh water tank inside the Bowlus shell to allow for winter camping. The Bowlus is well balanced with a very low hitch weight, so this placement does not compromise the towing experience.

I thought all Bowlus were completely electric without any need or option for propane. What has changed?
@BowlusАй бұрын
All appliances in the Bowlus - including the hydronic heating system - run off the battery and/or shore power. We offer a propane tank for individuals who want to do extended cold weather camping, as the hydronic heating system can run for extended periods of time from propane without depleting the Bowlus battery.

Absolutely gorgeous models. They have an incredibly clean / functional aesthetic harkening back to the original iPod. I couldn't help but keep having my eyes drawn back to the black power cable on the side of the hitch arm. Isn't there a way to route it inside the rails and exit out the center from underneath? Those rubber and steel self tapping cable holders with the cable sagging up and down just makes on think of other inferior trailers. I completely understand this is almost a petty or minor observation but not seeing that refines even the front of the Rivet further away from what you see on the most basic of travel trailers. That no detail is too small. The ground solar plugins on the left side? Genius. That cable wouldn't stop us from purchasing one but thought with this level of refinement, that was noticeable. First time I have seen your product and I'll have to tell my friend about it who is in the market right now. Cheers.

We love our Rivet. The more time we spend, the more we appreciate the details. It has everything we need and nothing that we don’t. We didn’t need a new tow vehicle, and the solar keeps up with everything but full-time summer a/c. We love the Aeromove. We could not be happier.

Sacrifice some of the couch length and window space and install a taller fridge/freezer unit. This rig is more than big enough to have/require a larger refrigerator/freezer unit.
@Bowlus3 ай бұрын
Thanks for the feedback. This particular floorplan is designed to sleep four people, so we need the couch area to be long enough for an adult to stretch out comfortably.
@brianfeagins34293 ай бұрын
@Bowlus then it would be nice to have an option to achieve a larger fridge with a smaller couch and or different floor plan. Having a space to screw in a table leg to attach a table top to and then being able to each while seated on the couch and then eliminate the bench seats with the table separating them would allow that space to become a larger kitchen or additional storage space

love the cat-eyes in the back at 19:30 judging from the video, this is a very well made RV, solid build with great materials and excellent craftsmanship. in fact so good that the cable run under the hitch and how it is routed around the step (seen at 3:03) looks super sloppy, Please put it in some nice aluminum conduit or hide it on the inside of the frame?
@Bowlus3 ай бұрын
Thank you very much. The cable you are referencing is the propane line. The only appliance which runs from propane is the heating system (which can also run from electric). The propane tank and propane line are an option.

An engineer who designed the Bristol Fighter supercar said the reason it looks so unique is because they wanted to make it aerodynamically stable when receiving side winds, as happens in the real world. Go see pictures of that car and you'll see clear similarities between its shape and the Bowlus, especially in the top half: round front, angled sides, and tapered rear section.

Not a bad little unit. I would like to see a back up camera option and perhaps a security camera mount offered from the factory at this price. It would also be great for some type of outdoor kitchen option so you don't have to cook inside the camper if you are cooking fish or seafood. It already has the propane just need cooking surface and perhaps a water connection to enjoy outside cooking and entertaining.

Fantastic video, truely awesome travel trailers. Love that you are using Victron components, I installed those in our trailer, but they may not be as well integrated as yours which are designed from the ground up. Now, on board water is required to stay off grid. Do you supply water containers for customers to bring their own drinking water? 20 gal is not enough for drinking and washing dishes and the bit required for toilet flushing. Showering while off grid would be very difficult with the limited water as well. The living room area is fantastic and the bedroom interesting. Would custom sheets be required? Also are the leveling jackets attached to the frame orbthe skin? If the skin wouldn't that denti the skin with an over cranked leveling jack? I really want to think these great trailers will actually function for camping off grid but we have learned that once the elctrical power is taken carenof water is the prime limitation. Any thoughts or further infomation would be appreciated. Finally do you have dealers in Canada?
@Freynightwalker6 ай бұрын
Beautiful, limited storage and a low amount of water on board, which would limit off grid time. So these things would take some serious rethinking of gear taken. Do you need custom sheets for the bed? It does not look like a traditional king bed.
