There is always a choice and a solution to the problem. Here are some options: 1. Hold off purchasing the DNA equipment for three months. Keep Adam on the payroll. 2. MEET with the mayor /city manager and request funds (or partial funds) come from another departments budget (line item transfer) if possible. 3. Look for other items in the budget to be removed, and possibly hold a fundraiser. 4. Ask Adam if he is willing to work on a part time basis for three months, while still recieving benefits. The other option is to "share" Adam with another PD, who can pay the other half of his salary, so he can work full time if he chooses. 5. Work with other towns/cities to assist with paying for the DNA equipment, and allowing specific indiviuals from the respective towns/cities to have supervised/controlled/security clearance access to the DNA equipment. Where there is a will, there is a way....

Tu n'as jamais vu la série en VO dans ce cas. Mis à part Maggie Smith (a.k.a La comtesse douairière), les doublages sont vraiment pas terribles pour une série de cette envergure. C'est dommage. Je ne crache pas sur la VF (certaines séries anglaises comme Doctor Who sont très bien doublées), mais là c'est vraiment pas au top. Si j'avais vu ce trailer je n'aurai jamais osé me lancer dans cette série. Et puis oser changer des noms en passant de la VO à la VF ... moyen (Mathieu s'appelle Matthew)

Sorry, but as an ex Police Officer with 36 years experience, I can honestly say that Gavin Troy would never has survived even as a uniform PC, he comes across as a niave bumbling teenager..he would never have made it into CID, let alone have made DS (and later DI). Also, Barnaby's habit of calling everyone junior to him by their surname is a throwback to the 1950s, I never heard it done once, it is rude and patronising beyond belief.
