why you give them so much space? Not to sound like an awful human being but you should really just trap them after breeding 20-40 depending on the hall, when they roam you have. Trapping them with their profession block helps a lot so you can tell them apart, plus it keeps them safe from any harm unless somehow pillagers get in there

Patch up the hole, kill the zombies WITH AN AXE (!!), then isolate the individual zombie villagers and cure them. You need to separate them because they may take different times to cure and those that didn't cure in time will just get rezombified
