Hey mate if you only knew how it relieves anxiety! Thanks again. Drank two wonderful beers today during a promenade and now several hours later at home I took a cup of a frickin black tea and it can really screw up the nerves whereas my body does want to sleep. And my mind wants to study more! So such videos are just what I need, kudos!
