Tbis is a 1.25 million home in a place like Sylmar. Who would want to live there for those prices? The home sold for 510k in 2018 and was worth 735k (according to Zillow) just a few days ago. Real estate prices are completely out of control.

it has an ADU in the back to rent out and earn income or mother in law. A lot of families combine households now. Prices go up every year its crazy!

crazy thing is the house was not meant for them to live in. The public documents stated this house was for content creating omly. It’s a video on yt breaking down everything in those PUBLIC documents. Was the contractor shitty? Yes BUT they knew the shouldn’t been living there. That’s probably why the house didn’t have any hot water or heaters. They didn’t have a permit to live their from the state according to the documents. I have no issue with them but they were pretty much blaming the contractors for their house foreclosing, when I’m fact they’re weren’t supposed to be living there. They need to take responsibility. They took out a huge HIGH INTEREST loan and failed to pay the mortgage which resulted in foreclosure . They could’ve went to jail for lying about why they used the house. This house was too big for them anyway. They only used half of the house too. I hope all is well with them.
