I underwent the same interview process in July 2023, right in the middle of my 6th semester of my BE degree, and I was fortunate to be selected. The recruitment team even announced the names of the finalized students. Now i have completed my 8th semester, till now i haven't received any communication regarding the job offer, such as an offer letter. In the final HR round they have clearly said that they only offer Job after the graduation and they not provide any kind of internships. What is your thought on this context? Do i have to wait or try to find a different job? Im so confused right now.
