I’m in Australia. I’ve searched the links you provided but cannot find the mini pom-poms ink applicator. Can you please send a direct link? I need this for those inside corners, I have the inks, but not using them because I didn’t know how to get in there properly.

SVG file link only brings up a partial picture of two pumpkins and half of the flower

What you are seeing is just the preview. If you download the file and then upload it into Cricut or Silhouette software, you will see the whole file.

The SVG will also work with silhouette business or designer. SVG’s aren’t compatible with the basic version.
